Somerset Close, Catterick – Residential Infrastructure Works

The works included site clearance, construction of roads and sewers, supply and installation of an attenuation tank, and Section 278 works involving full reconstruction of a live road to adoptable standards while maintaining traffic flow. The project was managed end-to-end by Addison, including securing all necessary permits, coordinating traffic management, liaising with local authorities and statutory bodies, and completing final surfacing and footpaths.
