ABOUT THE PROJECT
Addison worked as principle contractor to deliver the roads and sewers for a private developer in Kirklevington. The site consisted of 10 luxury homes and we were heavily involved in ensuring the development was completed to the highest possible standard. The scheme involved the following:
Earthworks cut and fill to the site.
Full road construction.
Full infrastructure works including service trenches, 1200mm diameter attenuation pipes, SUDS pond and hydro-brake manhole.
Lowering the existing foul and surface water lines off site to new levels.
Managing traffic management and obtaining all the relevant notices to work, fulfilling all testing requirements, setting out/surveying & liaising with the relevant parties (Stockton Council, NWL, etc).
