ABOUT THE PROJECT
BWV took over the role a PC to complete the project after Lagan Construction went into administration. Our roles was to assist them in completeing all outstanding civls work. This included:
700 m3 Tubosider storage tanks, 3 leg 3.0m diameter.
Completion of any outstanding ducting and drainage.
Full road construction including kerbs and the final surface course.
Reinforced concrete foundations.
Screeding of internal floors.
Diamond drilling/cutting for wall penetrations and openings.
Earthworks including attenuation pond and swale.
Installation of final effluent pumping station and soakaway.
Importing of 2,000 tonne of topsoil.
We are responsible for managing and settling out our works, liaising with the client's representative on site and seeing everything through to sign off by the completion team.
