Hallwood Meadows & Cornfields – Residential Infrastructure Works

The project included extensive roads and sewers works, Section 278 road widening of the A67 to provide a protected right turn, significant cut and fill operations with two large detention basins, installation of foul and surface water outfalls, and an 8m deep foul pumping station supplied and installed. A full network of roads, sewers, and footpaths was constructed to adoptable standards. The scheme was managed end-to-end by Addison, including securing all necessary permits, coordinating traffic management, and liaising with local authorities and statutory bodies.
