ABOUT THE PROJECT
Addison worked as the principle contractor to deliver the road & sewers package for the Gleeson Homes new housing site at Stephenson Road. The development is for 49 houses on a brown field site in Peterlee. We were awarded the roads and sewers package for the project which included:
Road construction up to adoptable standard.
135m of 1050mm attenuation pipe work, a hydro-brake chamber and connections to existing NWL manholes. We applied for all licences required, provided all materials and setting out.
Obtaining all the relevant notices to work, fulfilling all testing requirements, setting out/surveying & liaising with the relevant parties.
